We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your location and preference:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on third-party carriers and external factors like weather or holidays.

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout. 
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over £70 within United Kingdom.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order via the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship to United Kingdom . If you are outside of this area, please contact us at Mapell.uk@gmail.com to inquire about possible arrangements. 
  • Restricted Items: Certain items may be restricted for shipment to certain regions due to regulations (e.g., hazardous materials, perishable goods). If an item is restricted for your location, we will notify you before processing your order.
